FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager, Indirect Procurement to lead procurement execution for non-BOM materials and services across global semiconductor manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Planning to ensure supplier capability, material availability, and alignment with ramp plans. The role emphasizes cost reduction, supplier performance improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive value and supply continuity in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline; 8+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, probe card, MEMS, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• APICS / ISM certification (CPSM, CPIM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement execution and supplier management for non-BOM materials and services.
• Translate procurement strategy into execution plans with cross-functional partners.
• Drive cost savings and optimize total cost of ownership across categories.
• Support supplier qualification, risk mitigation, and continuity plans.
