FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager, Indirect Procurement to lead procurement execution and supplier management for non-BOM materials, services, and contract support across global semiconductor operations.

You will align strategies with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Planning to ensure supply continuity and cost optimization. This role requires 8+ years in procurement, CPSM/CPIM certification preferred, and a proven track record with global suppliers and multi-site manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 10+ years of related procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience preferred.
• APICS/ISM certification (CPSM, CPIM) highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Execute procurement strategies for indirect spend, facilities, IT, and services.
• Lead supplier qualification and bidding events with Engineering to ensure supply and price competitiveness.
• Support contract negotiations, pricing alignment, and terms with sourcing, operations and direct material teams.
• Identify and implement cost savings and value engineering aligned with total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Develop and manage supplier relationships and monitor performance (delivery, quality, cost).
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance and Logistics to align sourcing with production needs.
• Lead and develop a procurement team and promote continuous improvement.
