Job summary

Weekday 1 is seeking an experienced Procurement Contracts Manager to support enterprise-wide procurement operations. You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage procurement agreements across multiple jurisdictions, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and order forms.

The role requires strong contract law knowledge, exceptional organizational capabilities, and effective communication to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, legal studies or related field.
• Paralegal certification is advantageous.
• 5+ years in contract administration or procurement contracting.
• Strong understanding of contract law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, draft and negotiate procurement contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, order forms).
• Maintain centralized contract repository including renewals, deliverables, deadlines, approvals.
• Coordinate reviews with Information Security, Risk, Privacy, Finance, and Procurement.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor negotiations and contract execution.
• Support full contract lifecycle with legal, finance and procurement teams.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract processes, obligations and policy requirements.
• Prepare contract summaries, metrics and risk analyses for leadership.
• Contribute to templates, clauses, workflows and operational policies.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards.
• Assist in issue resolution and escalation of contract matters.
• Stay updated on legal/regulatory developments affecting procurement.
