Qualifications

• 12+ years of packaging development & engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering in relevant fields.
• Experience in foodservice, food, consumer goods, or packaging materials.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and decision making.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer relationship management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
• Strong organization and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive strategic packaging technology platforms across markets.
• Lead packaging development initiatives aligning with managers' and customers' needs.
• Build and present business cases with financial assessments and risk analyses.
• Mentor tms engineers and coordinate with suppliers on technology immersions.
