Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field
- 10+ years in global/regional commodity roles
- 5+ years people management experience
- Experience with optical-related commodities and Asia Pacific/US/global suppliers
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global optical category strategies
- Monitor market trends, risks, and supplier performance
- Lead supplier evaluations, development, and scorecard reviews
- Drive value engineering, should-cost analyses and cost reductions
- Support NPI programs and cross-functional KPIs (cost, lead time, MOQ)
- Enable localization strategies and global expansion
