Job summary

JAM Global Mobility Recruitment in Germany is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Tax Consultant to advise on cross-border and expatriate tax matters, focusing on strategy and execution rather than compliance.

You will lead client meetings, mentor junior mobility tax professionals, and develop account strategies to enhance service satisfaction and product usage, with remote/hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate must have previous global mobility experience with a focus on individual tax advisory support.
• Applicants must be team players with strong leadership, analytical, communication and portfolio management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a wide range of global mobility tax issues including: tax residence matters, cross-border tax implications, social security matters, equity plans, taxable benefits and structure of assignment packages and tax reconciliation processes.
• Develop account strategies and plans to increase service satisfaction and increase product usage
• Coach & mentor junior mobility tax professionals
• Lead / participate in client meetings to enhance relationships
