Job summary

On Assignment in Malvern, PA is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Medical Information to lead global medical information content development and reviews. You will ensure accurate, compliant information delivery to healthcare professionals and consumers worldwide, across pre-launch to post-launch phases.

The role requires strong scientific writing, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• PharmD or registered pharmacist preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Medical Information or related function in pharma/biotech.
• Experience authoring, updating, and managing SRLs, FAQs, and other MI materials.
• Strong experience with promotional and non-promotional material review; leading discussions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve a global MI content library (SRLs, FAQs, etc.).
• Build and manage a database of literature, presentations, and posters to support responses.
• Serve as escalation point for complex MI inquiries at global/regional call centers.
• Provide expert medical review/approval of promotional and non-promotional materials.
• Act as SME for products/therapeutic areas across lifecycle; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Development, Commercial, Legal, and external vendors.
• Drive process improvements for MI operations and systems.
