You will bridge business goals with execution reality and ensure operational efficiency across global initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, design scalable governance, and drive data-driven storytelling to secure leadership alignment and drive impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex marketing campaigns in global matrixed organizations.
• Design and scale governance frameworks, review cadences, and templates to streamline execution.
• Align project timelines with annual business goals and forecast impacts.
• Lead adoption and drive consensus across diverse teams with accountability.
• Facilitate large-scale alignments (50+ stakeholders) and mitigate delays.
• Analyze data to uncover stakeholder needs and present status updates.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 2+ years navigating complex organizations.
• Specialized in marketing, program management, and scalable processes.
• Balance long-term vision with near-term delivery and present insights clearly.
• Delivers clear written, visual, and oral presentations to influence leadership.
