Job summary

HH Global, a global leader in responsible marketing activation, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for P&D Marketing. You will own the full execution lifecycle of marketing initiatives, from intake and strategic roadmap forecasting to executive review orchestration and cross-functional solutioning.

• 8+ years leading complex, end-to-end marketing campaigns and programs.
• Experience designing scalable governance frameworks and templates to streamline execution.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Ability to align timelines with business goals and forecast impacts.
• Proven ability to present to senior leadership and drive decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with marketing/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Program & Product Leadership: Guide stakeholders through new product initiatives, driving prioritization, requirements, and scheduling.
• Change Management & Adoption: Lead organizational change across Marketing with established processes and accountability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align diverse teams to streamline workflows and build a transparent culture.
• Stakeholder & Risk Management: Run large alignments with 50+ stakeholders, mitigate risks and manage delays.
• Executive Communication: Deliver executive-level presentations and maintain clear status cadences.
• Process Architecture & Governance: Design governance frameworks, review cadences, and templates to streamline execution.
• Strategic Forecasting & Capacity: Map timelines against goals to evaluate bandwidth and capacity.
• Data-Driven Strategy & Problem Solving: Analyze data to identify stakeholder needs and secure alignment.
