Job summary

Nobelus is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator / Traffic professional to manage inbound and outbound transportation across multiple locations, third-party warehouses, customers, and vendors.

This role owns the daily coordination of domestic and international shipments, freight quoting, carrier relationships, documentation, invoice validation, performance reporting, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience coordinating freight across multiple locations internationally.
• Domestic and international shipping knowledge; US/Canada cross-border preferred.
• Ability to obtain freight quotes and validate transportation invoices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily domestic and international shipments.
• Obtain freight quotes and evaluate service options.
• Manage carrier relationships and documentation.
• Validate transportation invoices and report performance.
• Communicate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
