Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Global Freight & Warehousing Program Manager (IC3/IC4) to oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse controls, and freight optimization across OCI's global network. This role drives cross-functional improvements, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to enhance warehouse performance.

The candidate will lead initiatives with data centers, suppliers, and engineering teams, leveraging Oracle Fusion SCM and ERP experience to optimize logistics and inventory flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• 5+ years (IC3) or 8+ years (IC4) in global logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations, or program management.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM or comparable ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize global inventory accuracy initiatives across Oracle Cloud warehouses.
• Manage cycle count strategy, scheduling, execution, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Lead inventory troubleshooting and partner with warehouse providers to resolve root causes.
