Job summary

Mars Incorporated in Chicago seeks a Senior Manager for Global In-house Consulting to lead strategic projects across Mars Snacking. You will own analyses, develop frameworks, and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders.

Ideal candidates have top-tier consulting experience, strong analytics and communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects with executive interaction. MBA preferred, with expertise in PowerPoint and Excel driving decision support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business or related field is required.
MBA/MS is strongly preferred.
5+ years experience in global corporate strategy or strategy consulting at a top-tier firm.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Owns and manages a specific piece of a consulting project to ensure on-track delivery.
Identify key analyses, build a plan, gather data, execute analyses, and present findings.
Oversee day-to-day activities related to the module and flag roadblocks to leadership.
Formulate hypotheses and execute analyses related to Mars, competitors, and the snacking industry.
Summarize findings and present conclusions to leadership and Mars stakeholders.
