Job summary

Consulting Solutions is seeking a Digital Hosting Domain Architect to lead enterprise hosting design across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructure. You will partner with IT, cybersecurity, business stakeholders, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable hosting solutions that support global objectives.

Responsibilities include end-to-end architecture design, technology selection guidance, and global standards development.

Qualifications

Three years of hosting architecture experience.
Virtualization expertise including VMware or equivalent.
Enterprise storage experience: SAN, NAS, object storage, backup/archiving.
Cloud platforms: AWS and Azure with hybrid patterns.
Automation and IaC skills: Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell.
Networking concepts for hosting services and performance.
Ability to design for large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and vendor relationships.
Industry certifications (AWS/Azure/VCP) or equivalent.
Experience supporting global, highly available hosting environments.
Experience driving infrastructure modernization and cost optimization.
Strategic and long-term hosting strategy development.
Technical leadership and mentoring of engineers.
Collaborative across IT, cybersecurity, operations, and vendors.
Adaptable with agile mindset.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end hosting architectures to meet global requirements.
Evaluate and guide hosting technology selection across cloud/on-premises/hybrid.
Develop global standards, reference architectures, and design patterns.
Oversee architecture alignment during implementation of servers, storage, cloud services.
Partner with cybersecurity to ensure security compliance and risk management.
Lead capacity planning, performance optimization, and health assessments.
Provide expert troubleshooting for hosting systems and infrastructure.
Mentor engineers and promote architectural principles and best practices.
Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for technical and nontechnical audiences.
Stay current with industry trends in cloud, compute, storage, virtualization, and automation.
Drive strategic hosting initiatives for modernization, reliability, and cost optimization.
Collaborate across business, IT, operations, cybersecurity, and vendors.
