Sapio Sciences seeks a Senior Financial Controller to own global accounting and financial reporting for a private equity-backed SaaS life sciences business. This hands-on leader will ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of numbers across multiple entities while partnering with VP-Finance and the sponsor.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, US GAAP expertise, and ERP proficiency. It is based in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States and offers market-competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• 8+ years progressive accounting experience, Big 4 preferred.
• Global multi-entity consolidation experience required.
• SaaS or software and PE-backed business experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close across US and international entities.
• Prepare reporting packages for CFO, board, and PE sponsor with SaaS metrics.
• Maintain internal controls framework and SOX readiness.
• Oversee external audits and covenant reporting.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury relationships.
• Lead and develop a distributed accounting team.
