Job summary

Croda is seeking a Global Finance Business Partner for Pharma Solutions, a role based on-site at the Princeton, NJ area. The senior finance leader provides independent insights, decision support and performance visibility across sales, margin, profitability, cash flow and capital returns.

This position partners with global and North American leaders to shape strategic plans and annual budgets. The successful candidate will drive forecasting, long-range planning and investment governance, while

Qualifications

• Senior finance partnering experience supporting strategic and operational decisions.
• Strong FP&A capability across budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting and scenario analysis.
• Strong financial accounting and data understanding with ability to investigate movements.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or site leadership with cost analysis and investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead global reporting for sales, margin and profitability.
• Run monthly performance reviews to explain results, identify risks and opportunities, and set actions.
• Improve visibility of product, portfolio, site and global profitability.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts and long-range plans with clear assumptions.
• Advise on complex commercial contracts and financing implications.
• Analyze capacity, portfolio optimization and investment trade-offs across sites.
