Qualifications

• Salary offers may be set from the minimum to the midpoint of the pay band; selection may consider extensive related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides input on program design to support economic reforms and align financing with national development goals.
• Prepares documents for consultant hiring and manages related contracts; addresses procurement problems.
• Develops and supports operational relationships with foreign governments and private-sector actors to advance MCC’s programs.
• Conducts research and analysis on topics in specialized program areas; prepares written responses to inquiries to inform policy considerations.
• Analyzes needs, designs programs, secures funding, and evaluates impact of development initiatives.
• Manages work assignments related to Private Sector and Blended Finance with in-country counterparts.
• Provides contract management, tracks progress, reviews disbursement requests, and monitors budgets and procurement plans.
• Monitors projects and provides reports to senior staff; assists in data preparation for portfolio reviews.
