Job summary

DDN is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join our expanding legal team, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer. You will own corporate governance and entity compliance across DDN’s global subsidiary structure and partner with stakeholders worldwide.

You’ll manage lifecycle of domestic and international entities, maintain records and governance documents, support regulatory and anti-corruption programs, KYC/UBO, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, People Ops, and business teams on strategic

Qualifications

• 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience, including in-house experience at a multinational tech company or equivalent.
• Experience managing entity governance across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Working knowledge of FCPA, OFAC, and related anti-corruption frameworks.
• Experience handling KYC/UBO requests and related due diligence.
• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with entity/document management systems and board portals.

Responsibilities

• Global entity management across domestic and international subsidiaries.
• Maintain corporate records, minute books, org charts, and databases.
• Draft and manage governance documents and certificates.
• Support FCPA/OFAC and anti-corruption efforts and due diligence.
• Coordinate KYC/UBO requests and ownership disclosures.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, People Operations and stakeholders on governance projects.
• Assist with M&A, financings, and integration diligence as needed.
