Archer Aviation is hiring a Senior Compensation Manager to join the Total Rewards team in San Jose, CA. You will lead end-to-end compensation cycles and develop global salary ranges while partnering with senior leaders across HR, Finance, and Legal.

The role requires 7+ years in compensation, strong Excel modeling, and experience with market pricing and benchmarking in a fast-paced tech environment. Base pay ranges from $180,000 to $210,000 with a focus on pay-for-performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of broad-based compensation experience in a U.S. public company, preferably high-growth tech/manufacturing.
• Experience leading compensation cycles independently from design through execution.
• Advanced proficiency in market pricing, salary range development, and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end compensation cycles from planning to execution.
• Develop global salary range structures and market pricing.
• Partner with leaders, HRBPs, Finance, and Legal to design and deliver programs.
• Provide strategic input on job architecture, pay equity, and incentive design.
• Translate data into actionable insights and communicate compensation philosophies.
