Job summary

IGT is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Compensation Accounting Analyst to support global compensation programs, payroll, equity awards, and employee benefits. You will ensure US GAAP compliance, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, FP&A, Tax, and Corporate Accounting.

The role covers incentive plans, stock-based compensation, accruals, reserves, and reporting for leadership and auditors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, incl. ASC 718 (Stock Compensation).
Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, analyses, and estimates.
Experience accounting for employee benefit plans, accruals, reserves, or contingencies.

Responsibilities

Prepare and record journal entries related to payroll, incentive compensation, equity awards, employee benefits, severance, legal contingencies, and other related activities.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations for compensation-related accounts.
Support accounting for annual/quarterly incentive plans, including accruals and true-ups.
Prepare accounting for employee benefit programs and related liabilities.
Support accounting for legal contingencies and ensure GAAP compliance.
Assist with stock-based compensation and other long-term incentive programs under ASC 718.
