IGT in Reno, NV is seeking a Senior Compensation Accounting Analyst to oversee accounting and financial reporting for global compensation programs. You will manage payroll, incentive plans, equity awards, and employee benefits in alignment with U.S.

GAAP and company policies. You will partner with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, FP&A and Tax to ensure accurate recording, analysis, and timely close, while identifying process improvements and strengthening internal controls.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 4–7 years progressive accounting experience in compensation or related areas.

Mansioni

• Prepare and record journal entries related to payroll, incentive compensation, equity awards, benefits, severance, contingencies.
• Perform reconciliations for compensation-related accounts monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Support incentive compensation plans accounting, including accruals and true-ups.
• Analyze accounting for employee benefit programs and related reserves.
• Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditors.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Tax, FP&A, and others for accurate reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for compensation and related liabilities.
