Job summary

Amazon is seeking Program Managers to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology programs within Amazon Transportation Services. You will scope projects, develop processes, coordinate execution and report status to senior management while collaborating across teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of program management, CMMS experience, advanced Excel and SQL skills, and a track record of cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience.
• Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting.

Responsibilities

• Be a network level SME on the CMMS, train and assist planners, and support network initiatives.
• Drive global standards rollout in cross-country initiatives and participate in global projects.
• Be a CMMS key user and drive programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports.
• Analyze and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines to be more effective.
• Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories for network improvements.
• Collaborate with Global Reliability Maintenance Engineering on cost reduction and process improvement for maintenance activities.
• Ability to Travel up to 50%.
