Job summary

Structure Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Sr. Clinical Trial Manager to oversee global late-stage studies, managing CROs, sites, and service providers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

The SCTM will collaborate with a cross-functional team in the US and Shanghai to conduct trials in a timely fashion while complying with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and country-specific regulatory guidelines. This role requires proactive issue management and strong operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 7+ years of related industry experience in clinical research or a similar function.
• 3+ years of study management experience in clinical and drug development.
• Experience in selecting, managing, and overseeing sites, CROs, laboratories and other service providers in global studies.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates global cross-functional study teams through all study stages (start-up, conduct, close-out).
• Drive RFP/RFI processes, analyze vendors, budgets, proposals, and negotiate complex agreements.
• Provide oversight to CROs and service providers to coordinate study activities.
• Assist with Inspection Readiness activities to ensure quality and integrity of study activities.
• Coordinate clinical study timelines with Project management and escalate issues impacting timelines.
