Job summary

IQVIA Biotech seeks a Senior CTM to lead large, multi-regional trials, driving strategy and ensuring delivery on time and to the highest quality. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, navigate regulatory landscapes, and partner with sponsors to achieve milestones.

You will guide recruitment and risk management, mentor clinical staff, and oversee budgets and timelines in a fast-paced, global environment that aims to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field.
• 7+ years of clinical research leadership and monitoring experience for Sr CTM.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, ICH-GCP, and global regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical delivery of large global trials from startup to closeout.
• Drive patient recruitment and retention strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Identify and mitigate clinical and operational risks.
• Oversee quality and regulatory compliance across studies.
• Partner with leadership to manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Build and mentor clinical teams across regions.
• Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders across cultures.
