Job summary

You will ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, Sponsor SOPs, and local regulations, while driving quality, risk management, and vendor coordination across assigned studies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; health or science field preferred.
• 3 to 5+ years of trial management experience with complex trials.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs, and local regulations.
• Proficient IT skills with study management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead country-level trial execution and recruitment strategies in partnership with functional areas.
• Coordinate site feasibility, qualification visits, and country-level site selection.
• Ensure CAPAs and quality improvements, inspections readiness, and robust data quality in TM systems.
• Act as primary Sponsor contact for country-level trial management and budget oversight.
• Provide training and mentoring on systems/processes and drive process improvements.
