Job summary

On Assignment is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to oversee large, complex clinical studies and programs. The role involves developing study documentation, training staff, monitoring protocol adherence, managing budgets, and coordinating vendors to ensure timelines and quality.

The Sr. CPM will ensure GCP/ICH compliance, participate in process improvements, and may mentor Clinical Project Managers and staff across portfolios to deliver programs on time, within cost, and to the required

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher in science field
• 8+ years experience in biotech/pharma or CRO
• Global/international studies experience
• Infectious disease and/or oncology experience highly desired
• Strong regulatory and GCP/ICH knowledge

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution and oversight of programs within budget and timeline
• Oversee third‑party vendors and CRO relationships
• Participate in CRO selection and RFP reviews; align with strategy milestones
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecast spend
• Ensure regulatory compliance with US CFR, EU guidelines, and ICH GCP
• Contribute to protocol development, CRFs, and data management oversight
• Mentor junior staff and provide expert support to drug development teams
• Support IND development and regulatory submissions
