Job summary

Novotech, a leading clinical research organization, seeks a Clinical Lead to guide multi-country clinical teams, coordinate site management and monitoring activities, and ensure on-time data delivery. You will shape the CMP, mentored staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across regions.

The role requires extensive CRA experience, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to risk management in fast-paced trials. Durham, NC based with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CRA experience.
• Advanced monitoring and site management at Senior CRA level.
• Strong understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical project team and ensure deliverables.
• Lead site identification and site selection activities.
• Prepare and attend client KOM and investigator meetings.
• Drive development of CMP and MVR; ensure timelines compliance.
• Train the clinical team on project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate cross-region activities and country activations.
