Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Clinical Lead and Senior Clinical Lead to guide multi-country clinical teams, manage site identification, monitoring plans, and ensure on-time deliverables. You will work with sponsor and CRO partners to drive CMP, MVRs, training, and data quality across regions.

Candidates should have 5+ years as CRA with leadership, strong GCP knowledge, and fluent English. Salary band is USD 135,000–170,000 with global opportunities and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of CRA experience with advanced monitoring and senior site management experience.
• Proven leadership, organization, communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of GCP and applicable policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical project team ensuring deliverables compliance.
• Lead site identification and site selection activities.
• Prepare and attend Client Kick-Off Meetings and present clinical topics at investigator meetings.
• Drive the Clinical Management Plan (CMP) and annotated Monitoring Visit Report (MVR) development and ensure timelines.
• Ensure CRAs understand CMP and SIV materials and are compliant with timelines.
• Develop and provide site initiation visit materials and monitoring tools.
• Develop and implement subject recruitment strategies at the study level.
• Review MVRs and ensure timely closure and regulatory compliance.
• Provide final approved documents to Sponsor and track metrics in CTMS.
