Job summary

State Street Investment Management seeks an experienced Vice President II for its Global Cash distribution team. This role drives major growth through cash management solutions and deep client engagement across multiple markets.

The VP II will lead business development with the Financial Intermediary channel, own territory management, and represent the firm at meetings and industry events. Collaboration across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Portfolio Management is essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of successful sales experience in financial services.
• Proven track record of business development and asset growth.
• Growth-oriented and entrepreneurial with client focus.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required; Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development with Financial Intermediary channel and expand client base.
• Own territory management by identifying opportunities and prioritising growth.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, conferences and events with insights.
• Stay current on regulatory developments affecting cash and liquidity products.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product Management, and Portfolio Management.
