Tailored Management is seeking an experienced Contracts & Claims Manager in Bend, Oregon, to oversee commercial contract management and claims on major CAPEX projects. The role focuses on protecting contractual rights, managing risks, negotiating complex agreements, and resolving disputes to meet cost, quality, and schedule objectives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial qualification in Purchasing, Engineering, Legal Studies, Quantity Surveying, Cost Consulting, or a related field.
• 10+ years in contract management, commercial management, claims, cost management, and variations.
• Experience managing project change procedures and disputes with owners and subcontractors.
• Ability to develop and implement contract or sourcing strategies.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, cost control, and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Contract Administration: Manage contract execution through the project lifecycle.
• Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate major contracts, subcontracts, extensions, variations.
• Claims Management: Evaluate contractor claims and support settlements.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and document contractual matters.
• CAPEX Cost Control: Coordinate with project controls on costs, cash flow, variations.
• Change and Delay Management: Oversee change orders and delays.
• Contract Closeout: Manage settlements, warranties, and closeouts.
• Supplier Management: Monitor performance and address issues.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with PMs, engineering, procurement, finance, legal, and contractors.
