ABB is seeking a senior leader to drive and transform end-to-end business processes within the ELDS US Business Line in North America. You will guide the BPM team, align process and application strategies with business owners, and escalate cross-functional issues.

You will collaborate with IS stakeholders, implement process improvements, and support continuous transformation across multiple sites in a hybrid work model in the US.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial operations, BPM, and digital transformation.
• 6+ years of leadership across projects or cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA SD/MM.
• US work authorization to work in ABB facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the commercial and engineering BPM org across ELDS NA sites.
• Define vision and strategies for end-to-end processes and apps in collaboration with business owners.
• Facilitate integration of business process requirements with the IS view.
• Serve as senior escalation point for cross-functional process and systems issues.
• Coordinate with upstream/downstream process owners and other apps.
• Support defining, documenting, and communicating action plans and progress.
