Job summary

ABB in North America seeks a seasoned Business Process Manager to lead the BPM organization across ELDS North American sites. You will own operational process governance, drive continuous improvement, and partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, finance, IS, ERP and MES to align requirements with roadmaps.

Lead cross‑site transformation, manage the portfolio, and provide executive visibility into priorities, risks, and realized business value in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, BPM, operational excellence and digital transformation.
• 6+ years of leadership experience with managers, project teams, or cross-functional organizations.
• Guides multi-site transformation, process standardization, change management and portfolio execution.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and S4 ERP environments.
• Candidates authorized to work in the US for ABB.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the BPM organization across ELDS North American sites.
• Own operational process governance and continuous improvement priorities across factory sites.
• Manage and prioritize the factory business improvement portfolio with quality, schedule, and budget discipline.
• Serve as senior escalation point for cross-functional factory process and systems issues.
• Partner with plant operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, finance, IS, ERP, MES, and analytics teams.
• Promote process standardization, best-practice sharing, and reuse of capabilities across sites.
• Provide executive-level visibility to priorities, risks, decisions, dependencies, and realized business value.
• Build succession capability, operating cadence, and performance management across the BPM team.
