Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Sr. Director, Global Brand and Creative to set the global brand strategy and lead the in-house creative team across markets including China and EMEA.

This founding leadership role partners with the CMO and executive team, blending strategy with hands-on review to build a full-service creative organization that maintains Pattern's voice worldwide. The role is full-time and onsite in Lehi, UT, with international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading internal and external creative teams.
• Experience managing global brand and creative work across multiple markets.
• Comfort with public market visibility and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Pattern's global brand strategy.
• Lead the in-house creative team across video, animation, and design.
• Oversee budgets, vendors, and headcount for the creative group.
• Collaborate with CMO and executive team on strategic direction.
• Mentor and coach senior creative talent including teams overseas.
