Job summary

Nongmin Consultancy Services Ltd. is seeking an exceptionally qualified Accounting Reporting Associate to lead high-level financial reporting for global clients across multiple industries.

This managerial role oversees reporting operations, supports audits, and guides a team through complex data environments. The ideal candidate holds ACCA/CA/CMA or equivalent, with Big 4 experience preferred, and demonstrates mastery of Netsuite, QuickBooks Online, Xero, and robust Excel analytics.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CA/CMA or equivalent professional qualifications required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2–3 years of high-level reporting experience.
• Big 4 firm experience prioritized.
• Expert in Netsuite, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, FreshBooks.
• Advanced Excel and analytics skills.
• Excellent English communication; IELTS 7.0+.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure IFRS, US GAAP, IAS adherence.
• Oversee complex reconciliations (multi-currency, multi-entity).
• Develop internal control frameworks and workflows for clients.
• Coordinate external audits for international clients.
• Manage high-volume workflow and teams; ensure timely delivery.
