You will oversee storefronts, curtainwalls, and interior glass, coordinating schedules, deliveries, and crews while upholding safety and profitability standards.

The role requires strong blueprint interpretation, superb communication, and experience in project costing and procurement within fast-paced commercial construction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial glazing projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to interpret architectural blueprints and glazing specs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for fast-paced construction environments.
• Solid understanding of project costing, material procurement, and contract management.
• Competency with construction management software and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of commercial glazing projects (storefronts, curtainwalls, interior glass).
• Coordinate complex daily schedules, milestones, material deliveries, and labor allocations to meet timelines.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and submittals to prevent delays.
• Direct field operations and installation crews with adherence to plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain documentation, process change orders, RFIs, and progress billings.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly to protect project margins.
• Build relationships with GCs, architects, and field superintendents as the primary company representative.
