Binswanger Glass is seeking an experienced Senior Glazier to lead a team on residential and commercial glazing projects. You will install, repair, and replace glass, measure precisely, and ensure quality workmanship on every job.

The role requires strong leadership, project coordination, and adherence to safety standards, with a track record of meeting timelines and client specs in varied environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of glazing apprenticeship or formal training preferred.
• Certification in glazing (e.g., NGA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair glass for residential and commercial structures.
• Lead and mentor junior glaziers and apprentices on job sites.
• Coordinate schedules and oversee project workflows to ensure timely completion.
• Troubleshoot glazing issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain high craftsmanship standards.
