Job summary

Binswanger Glass seeks a Senior Project Manager – Panel Systems to lead large-scale commercial glazing projects in Memphis, from award through closeout. You will coordinate stick-built curtain wall, storefront, and ACM panels, overseeing fabrication, delivery, and installation while ensuring on-time delivery and profitability.

You will mentor junior project managers, manage executive client relationships, and collaborate with estimating to develop pricing strategies for complex contracts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large commercial glazing projects.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex fabrication and installation schedules.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of large, complex glazing projects (US$3–US$15M).
• Serve as senior point of contact for GC, architects, and owners on high-profile projects.
• Lead kickoff meetings, establish controls, and develop detailed execution plans for glazing systems.
• Coordinate fabrication, delivery and field installation schedules to maintain schedule.
• Monitor financial performance with cost-to-complete forecasts and variance analysis.
