Job summary

Binswanger Glass in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Senior Glazier to lead glazing projects for residential and commercial clients. You will install, repair, and replace glass, measure and cut to size, and ensure precise alignment and sealing while upholding safety standards.

You will supervise junior glaziers, schedule projects, mentor teammates, manage budgets and timelines, and communicate with clients to recommend solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of glazing experience in residential and commercial settings.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience on job sites.
• Knowledge of tempered, laminated, insulated, and low-e glass.
• Strong focus on safety and building code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair glass for various structures with precision.
• Measure, cut, and fit glass to size; ensure proper sealing and alignment.
• Lead and mentor junior glaziers; manage project schedules and safety.
• Coordinate with clients and teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Address technical glazing issues and maintain quality standards.
