Binswanger Glass is seeking a Senior Glazier to lead glazing projects across residential and commercial settings. You will install, repair, and replace glass, supervise junior glaziers, and ensure work meets client specs, timeline, and budget.

Qualifications

• At least 5–7 years of professional glazing experience in residential and commercial settings.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in glazing projects.
• Strong knowledge of glazing tools, materials, and installation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and repair glass for windows, doors, mirrors, skylights, storefronts and more.
• Lead and mentor junior glaziers; manage project schedules and safety protocols.
• Provide accurate estimates and coordinate with clients and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes on sites.
• Oversee material handling, inventory, and job site logistics.
• Troubleshoot glazing issues and implement effective solutions.
