Ideal candidates will have strong glassblowing capabilities, experience in production studios, and a willingness to mentor others while operating in a fast-paced, creative environment. Weekend glasswork is available as a studio perk.

Qualifications

• Experience in production glass studios is highly valued.
• Demonstrated skill in glassblowing, mold blowing, shaping, forming and finishing work.
• Support the creation of innovative designs, often pushing glassblowing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex glassblowing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality.
• Guide teams and mentor junior glassblowers where needed.
• Maintain high craftsmanship and solve technical challenges in production.
