Responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 duties: pre-heat color rods, maintain color boxes, prepare color drops, clean equipment.
• Level 2 duties: create start bubbles, cut and overlay molten color.
• Level 3 duties: pull molten glass, shape with blocks, transfer to mold, prep for final step.
• Level 4 duties: transfer, finish item, lead team to maintain production pace.
