Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Level 1: Color Dropper duties (pre-heat color rods, keep color box full).
• Level 2: Overlayer duties (start bubbles, overlay color).
• Level 3: Mold Blower duties (shape and expand in mold).
• Level 4: Timmer duties and team leadership to maintain pace.
