Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience within a manufacturing or technical environment or leadership development program.
• Understands CPVs, customer needs, product specs, and basic cost drivers.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts, trial design, data analysis, control charts, and DOE.
• Ability to work on safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean and environmentally compliant work environment.
• Maintain control plans, standard work, and procedures for batch house and furnaces.
• Develop risk assessments for critical tasks including emergency response.
• Lead process audits and implement corrective actions.
