Qualifications

• 8+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Strong background in auto liability, transportation, personal injury, general liability, or catastrophic injury matters.
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas.
• Excellent writing, communication, and client-management skills.
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload of auto, transportation, general liability, and catastrophic injury defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Leading depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Developing litigation strategy and partnering directly with sophisticated national clients.
