Job summary

Chainbridge Solutions Inc. seeks a Sr. GitLab DevSecOps Engineer to partner with public sector customers for GitLab adoption, installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements.

You will work on architectures from single-node Omnibus to large reference setups using infrastructure as code and configuration as code. You balance hands-on delivery with project ownership, communicate effectively, and provide field feedback to improve GitLab features and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure as code or configuration as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, Chef).
• Active TS/SCI is required; CI Poly is preferred.
• Ability to lead technical delivery end-to-end (discovery, planning, documentation, knowledge transfer).
• Experience in a consulting or customer-facing IT environment.
• DevOps/DevSecOps practices, processes, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Professional Services engagements such as installation, migration, training, and advisory services to help customers achieve successful outcomes with GitLab.
• Plan and execute GitLab deployments across architectures using IaC and config as code.
• Oversee migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab; minimize disruption.
• Provide technical guidance across the GitLab feature stack to adopt best practices.
