Job summary

Enterprise Advisors is seeking a Senior Associate with GIS and data analysis expertise to support communities on land use and zoning reform for affordable housing. You will work with cities and counties to map sites, run spatial models, and build market studies using census data and other sources.

The role emphasizes equity, collaboration, and delivering publication-quality maps while supporting multiple projects in a dynamic national practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience required.
• Graduate degree preferred; experience with local governments is a plus.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS and data analysis software required.

Responsibilities

• Support projects in land use and zoning reform for affordable housing.
• Develop parcel prioritization methodologies for site identification.
• Produce maps and graphics; collaborate with spatial analysts.
• Analyze data sources (Census, PUMS, CoStar) for market studies.
• Ensure quality control and support staff development.
