OverviewJob Title: SME Computer User Support SpecialistLocation: Remote the company is seeking an experienced Computer User Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support for GIS applications, business systems, and related technology. This position will serve as a senior resource for troubleshooting complex user issues, coordinating technical activities, and helping project teams successfully implement and support technology solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with excellent customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for GIS applications, databases, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot software, configuration, access, data, and user issues.
• Provide technical guidance to users and project team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Esri ArcGIS applications.

• Previous experience serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert.
• Experience developing technical documentation and user procedures.
• Experience working with government or large enterprise customers.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.
