Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a highly experienced GIS professional to drive fiber mapping and network solutions in a consulting setting. You will blend hands-on technical leadership with client-facing guidance across large telecom and utility initiatives.

You’ll lead discovery sessions, design GIS solutions, and drive end-to-end program delivery while shaping strategy and best practices in modern GIS deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in GIS consulting within telecom, utilities, or infrastructure environments.
• Experience designing and supporting fiber network solutions across planning, build, and operations.
• Familiarity with enterprise GIS platforms and modern deployment approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define GIS strategy for fiber initiatives and act as trusted advisor to clients.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate business needs into scalable GIS solutions.
• Guide architecture decisions and network design for telecom/utility projects.
• Deliver GIS programs end-to-end from planning through implementation.
