Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a seasoned GIS Analyst/Developer to build and maintain AGOL dashboards and web GIS apps. You will work with ArcGIS API for JavaScript, Leaflet, Mapbox, and OpenLayers to deliver maps, layers, and interactive tools for program reporting and decisions.

You will import/export large ArcGIS datasets, ensure data quality, and support nationwide geospatial analyses. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of GIS experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of GIS Analyst/Developer experience.
• Experience establishing and maintaining AGOL dashboards.
• Proficient in JavaScript-based web mapping tools.
• Experience handling large ArcGIS datasets and metadata.
• Ability to analyze crowdsourced geospatial data for insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update AGOL dashboards and reporting tools.
• Design and build web GIS apps using ArcGIS JS, Leaflet, Mapbox, OpenLayers.
• Implement GIS functionality in web apps with accessible interfaces.
• Import/export large ArcGIS datasets and metadata with data standards.
• Analyze crowdsourced datasets to inform AOI analysis and investment decisions.
• Create geospatial products like maps, layers, dashboards meeting accuracy standards.
• Assist senior GIS staff with workflows, model runs, and version control.
• Perform routine validation and quality checks of GIS datasets.
