BGE, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect I to partner with clients on data, technology, and process improvements. You will help design scalable architectures and guide implementations at the intersection of business consulting and enterprise data management.

The role focuses on enterprise data, system integration, GIS, BI, asset management, and cloud-based solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, CS, Engineering, GIS, or related field.
• 5+ years of technology consulting, digital transformation, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to understand objectives and technology needs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and implementation strategies.
• Develop technology roadmaps and digital transformation strategies aligned with client goals.
• Present recommendations and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Own the overall solution architecture and design approach for long-term scalability.
• Design data environments and integration plans across GIS, ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms.
• Guide implementation, including data migrations, system integrations, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to develop APIs, data pipelines, dashboards, and enterprise applications.
