Qualifications

- At least 5 years of experience.
- Preference for a Master's of Business Administration or PhD degree in specified fields of study.
- Experience utilizing Esri Mapping Software and Geographic Information System (GIS) Applications.
- Experience developing Geographic Information System (GIS) Architecture and Conversion strategies.
- Experience embracing change and innovation in field service operations.
- Experience mentoring and coaching teams to enhance performance and deliver quality.
- Experience analyzing complex systems to identify linkages and interactions.
- Experience leading projects with strategic planning and execution.
- Up to 60% travel.
